I knew that C.S. Lewis and I had more in common than our Christianity when he said, "You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me." Welcome to a celebration of faith, tea, and the written word. I'm always engaged in a book, and whether it's one I'm reading or one of the inspirational historical romances I write, there's always a cup of tea close by. Join me in a cup as we chat about faith, our favorite books and the exciting places our reading and writing adventures take us.

Amish Suspense Giveaway

Popping out of my writing cave to say hello! How's your summer going?

Mine is full of the usual chaos: summer school, sports camp, friends visiting, thoughts of national writing conference, and writing. Or trying to write. As a mom, I'm challenged by the balance of family and completing work on a book.

In the meantime, I'm hosting romantic suspense author Alison Stone over on Inkwell Inspirations. (You may remember Alison--she shared her Ten Things with us a while back! Click here to read them.)

She's written a novel for Love Inspired, set in Amish country, with a great back story and intriguing hook. Read more about it, and enter the drawing for a copy of Plain Pursuit!
